"Brown muscovado sugar on the nose with some treacle and a hint of smoke. Palate has a dryness to it, with that wisp of smoke coming back and a little bit of chilli prickle on the tongue towards the finish. With tonic, some of the sweeter spiced character comes through more. Finish is dry and short."
